Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver Weekend Occupational Therapy services within the Top End Health Region. As part of our team, you will work in various settings, including emergency departments and acute and sub-acute wards, providing high-quality care to patients with a range of conditions.

This position requires you to work within an extended hours service model, which includes weekends. You will be responsible for assessing and treating patients, developing individualized plans to promote independence and overall well-being, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality Weekend Occupational Therapy services to high-priority patients.
  2. Work in emergency departments, acute, and sub-acute wards to provide timely interventions.
  3. Maintain accurate records and participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices.
Requirements
  • Professional 2 experience level with relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
