We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Rocket Engine Hardware Production Manager. This position offers a unique chance to lead a team and contribute to the development of high-quality rocket engine hardware.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone with a strong background in welding and management. The successful candidate will oversee the production process, ensuring timely delivery and quality targets are met.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 40+ employees per shift (up to 120 on 2 shifts) to achieve efficient production
  • Coordinate the modification, repair, assembly, and integration of production assemblies
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times and address recurring non-conformance issues
  • Review work instructions and suggest improvements when necessary
  • Meet tight production schedules to achieve high rate production
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or associate's degree in Welding or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), flux-cored arc welding (FCAW), or gas metal arc welding (GMAW)
  • 3+ years of management experience
