As a seasoned manufacturing engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of high-performance flight hardware.

You will be part of a dynamic team working on a high-volume rocket production line and launch system that can rapidly and reliably launch and land rockets.

Responsibilities:
  • You will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes for flight hardware.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or science discipline, and 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, or 6+ years of professional experience in manufacturing in lieu of a degree.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • A master's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to perform trade studies and make recommendations using first principles and engineering fundamentals.
  • Experience working at a nimble engineering organization or in a highly technical position requiring entrepreneurial skills.
  • Rapid growth and successive positions of increasing responsibility within an organization.
  • Resilience and ability to overcome failure or extreme odds.
