Job Role

As a Business Development Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and drive business success. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to accelerate customer engagement and drive growth

Requirements

  • Preferred experience selling to the construction industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Experience using CRM (Salesforce)
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong and influential relationships
  • Good commercial awareness with a passion and drive to succeed
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of results
  • Self-motivated, driven and familiar with remote working condition
  • Time management & organisational skills
