Our organization is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead a team of service technicians. This role requires a high level of customer focus, effective communication skills and the ability to motivate and direct team members to achieve excellent results.

Job Requirements:
  • Attend to customer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Establish and manage work orders, timesheets and other administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Manage inventory and order parts and tools as required
  • Monitor compliance to safety and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience and qualifications
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and direct team members
  • High level of customer focus and service delivery
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Current driver's license and familiarity with CAT systems an advantage
