Freight Forwarding Branch Manager Role
Our organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Freight Forwarding Branch Manager to lead operations in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in freight forwarding, international trade, and customs, with strong experience in managing logistics.
In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth import/export processes, drive customer satisfaction and foster strong client relationships, manage branch performance and develop strategies for growth, and ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company standards.
You will also lead and mentor a high-performing team, leveraging your exceptional leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities. A solid understanding of industry compliance standards and a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field are essential. Minimum 5 years of relevant leadership experience is required.
