Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and executing maintenance activities to ensure seamless execution and maximum efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of aircraft line and light maintenance operations, as well as experience in a maintenance planning capacity and as an AME (or equivalent). You should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work within a team environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the production planning process to ensure seamless maintenance event execution
  • Identifying turn times, resource requirements, and stakeholder requirements
  • Liaising with key stakeholders from both Part 145 and Part 42 organizations
  • Implementing new processes and procedures to drive significant and sustainable long-term change
  • Reviewing customer maintenance plans to ensure all production planning requirements have been covered

Additional responsibilities may include representing our team at CAMO/AMO daily planning and OTP meetings, providing detailed performance reports to management, and working rotating shift patterns.
