Aircraft Maintenance Specialist Role

The position of Aircraft Maintenance Specialist involves ensuring the airworthiness of aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic and mechanical inspections on jet, turboprop, and reciprocating multi-engine aircraft.
  • Perform annual and progressive inspections, as well as modification work on customer aircraft.
  • Repair or replace engine components and accessory items such as fuel control units, fuel injection systems, and hydraulic pumps.
  • Produce clear, concise, and accurate written reports in logs, inspection reports, and parts identification.
  • Conduct functional checks, engine test runs, instrument tests, and alignment, and preventive maintenance on same.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must hold a B1.1 CASA license.
  • Able to operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments necessary to perform job assignments.
  • Proficient in reading and writing English language.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
