  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to scope training needs.
  • Oversee project prioritization, resource allocation, and remove roadblocks.
  • Lead the delivery of Avetta's global eTraining initiative and use data to influence engagement strategies.
  • Evaluate and engage external providers to populate the eTraining library.

Metrics That Matter include developing and achieving objectives aligned to Avetta's strategic initiatives and using feedback to drive service continuous improvement.
