Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training programs across all levels of the business.

Your primary objective will be to develop and implement comprehensive training strategies that drive employee growth and development. This will involve collaborating with department heads, managers, and subject matter experts to assess training needs and design impactful solutions.

You will also be responsible for facilitating training sessions, developing instructional materials, and ensuring seamless integration with learning management systems.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's success by empowering employees with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate IV Training & Assessment highly regarded
  • Training delivery experience within retail or similar industry
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience delivering in-person training
  • Experience designing eLearning and blended learning solutions
