Job Title: Sales Performance Leader

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Performance Leader to lead our outbound sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing teams in software services, SaaS, or digital consulting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, coaching and mentoring team members, and driving business growth through exceptional leadership and management skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a growing outbound sales team, fostering a culture of discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales campaigns, including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach, with a focus on delivering results-driven outcomes.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance assessments to support team members in achieving their goals and improving sales effectiveness.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues, to drive business growth and expansion.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales manager, coach, or team lead role, and a strong track record of managing and scaling performance-driven teams.

A strong background in executive-level presentations, RFP submissions, and high-value service contract negotiation is essential for this role.
