Consultant in Rheumatology

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team in the musculoskeletal department.

As a Consultant in Rheumatology, you will be responsible for participating in consultant rota for ward referrals, advice, and guidance during working hours. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Outpatient clinics, specialist clinics if desired, supportive care of inpatients under other medical teams, clinical administration, and teaching junior staff.
  • Participation in Clinical Governance, Audit, Quality Improvement, and Multidisciplinary Team meetings.

The ideal candidate will have completed CCT or equivalent, be on the Specialist Register, and possess full GMC Registration with a License to Practice.
