Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-deposit sketches and enhancements to assist consultants in closing sales.
  • Assist the sales team in securing new sales by suggesting efficient solutions within variation guidelines.
  • Review designs/documentation provided by the sales team to ensure clarity and completeness.
  • Ensure sales documentation is complete and compliant with company guidelines for efficient production and customer service.
  • Identify repetitive requests for product variations and recommend standardised options for efficient change management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Building Design & Drafting (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Australian residential drafting.
  • Working knowledge and experience in REVIT and Autocad.
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate with the sales team.
  • Design ability required to be successful in this position.
  • Pro-active approach to problem-solving and confidence in decision-making.
