Senior Revit Documenter Role

This is a dynamic position within our architecture team, where you will have the opportunity to work on exciting multi-residential projects. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating high-quality documentation using Revit, with excellent technical and communication skills.

About This Position:

As a Senior Revit Documenter, you will be responsible for leading the technical phases of two major multi-residential projects, with project budgets exceeding $60 million. Your key responsibilities will include preparing detailed Revit documentation, reviewing shop drawings, and ensuring that all Revit/BIM models are well-maintained throughout the life of a project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a tertiary architecture degree or technician degree, with a minimum of 8 years post-graduate experience. Previous experience on multi-residential projects is desirable, and strong Revit proficiency is a must. A strong technical portfolio, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to model leadership qualities and standards are also essential.
