Key Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team in the role of Key Talent Acquisition Professional. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in recruitment and a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and selection processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate quality screening techniques and uphold compliance standards in accordance with relevant legislation.
  • Maintain accurate records within e-Recruitment platform and current compliance database, whilst transitioning into a new automated platform.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Previous recruitment experience minimum two (2) years.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and selection process.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to support varied workload management across the team as directed by the Talent Acquisition Lead.
