Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Talent Attraction team. This role will work closely with the Child and Family Services department to deliver a strategic recruitment process that prioritizes candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy in alignment with our organization's mission.
  • Lead the candidate journey, ensuring seamless and supportive interactions from initial contact to hire.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on timely delivery and high-impact results.
  • Provide expert guidance to leaders, empowering them with tools and training to recruit confidently and inclusively.
  • Uphold organizational standards, leading by example and championing safety and compliance.
  • Ensure accurate collection and verification of pre-employment documentation, aligning with internal policies and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven knowledge of recruitment and onboarding best practices.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment systems.

Additionally, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on timely delivery and high-impact results.
