About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will work with clients living in the area, providing evidence-based therapeutic supports and delivering speech pathology services in schools, homes, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload and provide timely therapeutic supports
  • Deliver speech pathology services to clients within schools, homes, and the community
  • Interpret findings and formulate treatment goals unique to each client
  • Assess clients' communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Recommend provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and promote independence

About You

You will strive for continuous improvement of our practices and outcomes, maintaining consistent and regular contact with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

You will need to be a degree qualified Speech Pathologist with current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
