We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for our office-based staff.

About the Role

This vital role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions. You will also post job openings across various job boards and platforms, screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, schedule interviews, and maintain recruitment tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Process Management: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop targeted job descriptions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Post job openings on reputable job boards and platforms to attract top talent.
  • Initial Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Recruitment Administration: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on recruitment metrics and activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (desired).
  • Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
Salary and Benefits
