We're seeking a skilled Merchandise Allocation Specialist to join our team in South Geelong, VIC.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to manage end-to-end merchandise allocation processes. The successful candidate will work closely with various cross-functional teams to ensure optimal stock levels across our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound inventory processes including store allocations
  • Communicate effectively with retail teams to support efficient inventory control in stores
  • Liaise with Design, Product, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams
  • Review purchase orders and quantities
  • Monitor product performance across the business and specific locations
  • Prepare reports and analytics for key decision makers
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills or database experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization
  • A data-driven analytical focus
  • Tertiary qualifications in Fashion, Business, or a related field (although this isn't a deal-breaker)
