Allocator Job Description

Effective product allocation and timely delivery are key to maximizing sell through. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering effective and timely product allocation to maximise sell through.

  • Support retail and visual merchandising teams to execute action plans that drive trade and gross profit.
  • Execute the visual merchandise matrix, aligning directives across all channels.
  • Collaborate with distribution teams to meet dispatch deadlines and fulfill demand forecasts.
  • Conduct regular site visits, store visits, and distribution checks to validate stock levels and identify opportunities to optimise inventory.
  • Create capacity reports for all channels and distribute stock accordingly.
  • Ensure effective execution of promotional activities across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver effective and timely product allocation to maximise sell through, supporting retail and visual merchandising teams to execute action plans that drive trade and gross profit.

Requirements:

High attention to detail and accuracy, passion for retail, high volume environment, excel skills highly valued, proficiency in VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis essential.
