We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our healthcare team as a Healthcare Operations Coordinator.
This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate patient information, and undertaking administration duties.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an acute patient-focused healthcare facility, excellent interpersonal and time management skills, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Responsibilities:
- Providing patient-centred customer service
- Maintaining accurate patient information data collection and processing
- Undertaking administration duties, including checking patients in/out and booking appointments
- Liaising with other areas of the hospital and managing patient electronic records
