Company Overview:
Talent International is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support our client's financial operations and drive strategic insights in the telecommunications sector.

Role Overview:
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for managing financial portfolios and providing commercial and transactional support to our client's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to provide financial insights and support for budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Maintain financial models and conduct critical analysis of business contracts.
  • Participate in meetings to discuss financial performance and challenge assumptions behind the numbers.
  • Develop and articulate business cases, presenting complex financial information in an accessible manner.
  • Build and manage detailed spreadsheets to support financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore resources to ensure cohesive financial strategy implementation.

Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong preference for candidates with telco or relevant tech industry experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and OPEX management.
  • Proven ability to think critically and question existing processes.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Experience in bid management is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial systems such as TM1 or SAP HANA, and an understanding of data flows.
  • Empathetic leadership skills, particularly in managing offshore teams, are a plus.
