We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting the sales and service teams with both sales and technical support within the specialized area of document solutions and large format printing.

  • This specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored print solutions.
  • They will design and implement integrated print environments, incorporating third-party software solutions such as PaperCut and Printix for enhanced print management and workflow automation.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in printer hardware, strong background with A3 MFDs and/or Large Format printers, and experience integrating print hardware with enterprise IT systems, including Active Directory, cloud platforms, and virtualization environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Printer Hardware
  • Strong Background with A3 MFDs and/or Large Format Printers
  • Experience Integrating Print Hardware with Enterprise IT Systems
  • Able to Configure and Deploy Print Management Solutions within Complex IT Environments
  • Familiarity with Enterprise IT Environments, Including Windows Server, Linux, and MacOS
  • Ability to Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues Related to Print Network Configuration, Print Queues, and Secure Print Release Mechanisms
  • Third-Party Software Integration: Proven Ability to Integrate Print Solutions with Third-Party Software Platforms
  • Security and Compliance: Knowledge of Print Security Protocols and Data Protection
  • Project Management and Collaboration: Strong Collaboration Skills to Work with Cross-Functional Teams
