Financial Reporting Executive

The Financial Accounting Manager is responsible for leading the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports in accordance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the preparation of financial reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure completion of all reconciliations.
- Maintain and improve internal financial controls and processes to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide financial insights and support to senior leadership for decision-making purposes.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor team members within the Accounting & Finance department to ensure their skills and knowledge are up-to-date.
- Streamline financial systems and processes to increase efficiency.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA or CA.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and reporting requirements.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team in an accounting function.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
