Management Accountant">

The Management Accountant is responsible for assisting in the month-end and year-end close process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This includes balance sheet reconciliations, coordinating audit processes for Mining Services with our Finance Team, and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

  3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.">
  4. Perform balance sheet reconciliations.">
  5. Coordinate audit processes for Mining Services with our Finance Team.">
  6. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data.">
  7. Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.">
  8. Support system enhancements and implementation projects.">
  9. Assist in preparing monthly reporting packs.">
  10. Support budgeting and forecasting reporting cycles.">
  11. Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insights.">
  12. Manage the Fixed Assets Register for Accounting and Taxation purposes.">

  • ">
  • Tertiary Accounting Qualification.">
  • Minimum 5+ years of Management Accounting experience, preferably in Mining Services or Manufacturing.">
  • Proficient in the use of Coupa and PRONTO (preferable).">
  • Excellent technical accounting skills and analytical skills.">
  • Proven experience in driving process improvements and system enhancements.">
  • Ability to interpret, analyze, and reconcile financial information.">
  • Able to work collaboratively and independently.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.">
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize with excellent time management skills.">
  • Professional discretion plus excellent interpersonal skills.">
