Unlock Your Potential with Our Research Fellowship
The Macquarie University Lighthouse Fellowship is a prestigious opportunity for early career researchers to accelerate their research expertise within our Strategic Research Initiatives.
To be eligible, applicants must have a PhD conferred on or after 1 March 2022 or demonstrate an allowable period of career interruption commensurate with conferral of their PhD on or after the same date. Alternatively, they can submit their thesis on or before 31 December 2024.
Our Fellowship aims to increase the pipeline of research expertise within our university, focusing on existing and emerging Strategic Research Initiatives.
Successful applicants must closely align their proposed research program with at least one of our Strategic Research Initiatives.
The Scheme is highly competitive, requiring applicants to demonstrate an outstanding list of significant and/or prestigious research outputs.
Our Business School is a globally significant centre for research in business, including Applied Finance, Actuarial Studies and Business Analytics, Accounting and Corporate Governance, Marketing, Management and Economics.
We conduct world-leading research to solve society's biggest challenges, recognised by industry and other world-leading academics for our impactful, interdisciplinary and innovative insights.
