About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to contribute to an exciting project focused on accelerating ternary neural networks using FPGA devices.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality outcomes in a research project and ensure timely completion of milestones
  • Collaborate with colleagues and postgraduates within the project team
  • Prepare materials for publications in reputable journals and conferences
  • Foster partnerships with industry leaders in the field of FPGA-based machine learning accelerators

About You

  • Demonstrated expertise in FPGA design, machine learning or a related field
  • Possession of a PhD (or near completion) in FPGA design, machine learning or a related field
  • Experience in developing machine learning models using Python and PyTorch
  • Expertise in two or more of the following technical areas: design of FPGA-based accelerators, high-level synthesis for FPGA design (HLS), quantisation of deep neural networks, large language models (LLMs)
