Job Title: Corporate Property Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Corporate Property Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to thrive in a fast-paced environment with exposure to a high volume of corporate property deals and transactions.

About the Role:

  • Support portfolio maintenance activities including portfolio administration, monitoring of facility documentation, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of system data.
  • Undertake financial and credit risk analysis for the preparation of new credit submissions and annual reviews, including amendments to existing transactions.
  • Manage workflow between Client Coverage, CME, Product Specialists, Credit, and client support teams to achieve a seamless client experience.
  • Attend client meetings where appropriate to support business outcomes and conduct research to develop sector expertise and awareness of market trends.

Requirements:

  • Previous banking experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a Corporate or Institutional Banking environment.
  • Experience in commercial real estate will be highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in credit, financial analysis, modelling, and documentation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and connect with clients and key internal stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, or a related discipline (preferred).
