Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic occupancy planning by managing teams and stakeholders to develop comprehensive plans.
  • Foster partnerships with Corporate Real Estate to review planning forecasts, resolve requirements, and address strategic concerns.
  • Collect headcount data and accommodation plans that enable strategic decision-making.
  • Support construction project strategies by providing occupancy expertise and assisting with implementation across facilities.
  • Collaborate with Strategy Teams to review moves, develop migration plans, and provide accommodation strategies.
  • Oversee Occupancy Planning operations while gathering intelligence and developing recommendations that maximise space utilisation.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert on workplace programmes, using analytics to drive productivity solutions and model superior client management.
  • Prepare executive reports on seat demand while championing adoption of space management systems across stakeholders.
