Job Role

We assist organisations in achieving their objectives through strategic real estate management. Our valuation team is comprised of experienced professionals who provide expert advice on complex valuation assignments across various markets.

Main Responsibilities
  • We conduct thorough valuations, inspections and research to deliver high-quality reports to clients.
  • Deliver advisory services across commercial, residential, retail, rural and industrial sectors.
  • Liaise with the project manager to coordinate efficient workflow and ensure compliance with turnaround expectations.
  • Contribute to building client relationships by maintaining open communication regarding valuation and professional matters.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior valuation staff when required.
Required Expertise and Technical Skills
  • Hold current Associate Membership (AAPI) with CPV status or Residential Property Valuer (PMAPI RPV)
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Demonstrate technical skills in understanding residential valuations
