We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive, Advertising Go To Market Strategy. This is a unique opportunity for a coordinator level professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about driving innovation in the media and advertising landscape.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a support or coordination role within strategy, advertising, media, or partnerships, preferably with exposure to digital platforms. They will possess a strong understanding of market research and data analysis, with the ability to interpret simple performance metrics.
Key responsibilities include assisting in preparing sales presentations and go-to-market materials for both entertainment and sport campaigns, maintaining and regularly updating sales collateral to ensure accuracy and relevance to client needs, supporting the creation of sponsorship proposals and integrated campaign concepts, coordinating responses to client and agency briefs, ensuring they align with business goals and assets, collaborating with the sales team to build and manage target client lists and sponsorship opportunities, monitoring media, market, and category trends to surface relevant insights and inform strategic planning, compiling, formatting, and presenting audience and performance data to support key sales conversations, ensuring all client-facing documents reflect the most current insights and accurate performance data, partnering with teams across sales, partnerships, and campaign delivery to support day-to-day strategy execution, and assisting senior leadership in fostering a collaborative team culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 2 years + experience in a support or coordination role within strategy, advertising, media, or partnerships - preferably with exposure to digital platforms
- Understanding of market research and data analysis, with the ability to interpret simple performance metrics
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, especially when managing multiple projects or materials
- A keen interest in the advertising industry and a willingness to learn about emerging trends
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders across various levels
- A proactive and flexible approach, comfortable adapting to a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Competency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel and comfortable presenting information to internal teams
