Job Overview

The Customer Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the success of our business as the primary point of contact.

All product training for this role will be provided to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional phone customer service and manage high-volume inbound call centre duties, including handling an average of 80 inbound calls daily and 45 email responses daily.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by being efficient, caring, humorous, and kind.
  • Greet customers warmly and handle new inquiries with a friendly approach.
  • Oversee customer enquiries and follow up on their needs in a timely manner.
  • Provide quotations to customers and update them on the status of their deliveries and stock availability.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as SAP, Genesis, and Diabolocom to manage communications and customer data effectively.
  • Resolve all customer enquiries and work closely with other team members to ensure continuity of service to our customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers and prospects to co-create unique value propositions that meet their needs.
  • Generate quotations and follow up to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via all channels, ensuring that customer order and enquiry needs are met while maintaining service level agreements.
  • Minimize escalation of complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction by working with stakeholders within the end-to-end process.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in a high-volume inbound/outbound customer service position.
  • Experience in handling daily high-volume customer email responses.
  • Previous experience working towards high-volume KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Computer skills; prior knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP is desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • A thirst for learning and a willingness to adapt to new products and services.
  • Highly motivated with probing tenacity to achieve and exceed objectives.
  • Naturally strong interpersonal skills, forming and maintaining positive relationships at all levels.
  • Proven ability in delivering a great customer experience.
  • Effective negotiator and influencer with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Disciplined analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to sell and cross-sell effectively.
