Early Childhood Educator

C&K Childcare & Kindergarten is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Seven Hills Kindergarten. As an Educator in our Kindergarten with Extended Hours Program, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of children in our care.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real impact on the lives of children and their families. As an Educator, you will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment that fosters children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with your team to develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children and their families.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Work closely with the Kindergarten with Extended Hours Coordinator to ensure seamless transitions and a cohesive learning experience.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a child-safe and inclusive environment.
- A competitive hourly rate of $27.51-$33.95, plus a $1000 retention bonus paid twice yearly.

- A minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards this qualification.
- First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.

- A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
