About the Role

We are seeking a Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early learning experiences for our children.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program in the room and centre team
  • Engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for children, families, and team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families, providing a sense of belonging and connection
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
