Job Description

We're seeking a Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Casual Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children in our centre. You will work collaboratively with our centre team to develop and implement engaging learning programs that meet the needs of all children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program in the room and the centre team
  • Engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for children, families, and team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families, ensuring their needs are met
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
