Job Description:We are seeking a Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Mackay Bridge Road. As a Casual Educator, you will be responsible for supporting our centres and children in a flexible and team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Actively contribute to the education program in the room and centre team
- Engage and supervise children at all times
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
- Above award wages and a casual leave loading allowance
