As a Landscaping Manager at Country Club Resort, you will lead and organize a small team in day-to-day garden and landscape work. Your responsibilities include delegating tasks, organizing equipment, working with the greenkeeping team, and planning for both new and established gardens.

Daily duties will include:

  • Developing weekly, monthly, and seasonal goals to enhance our outdoor spaces
  • Mentoring team members to ensure high standards are met
  • Assisting with landscape design and management to create breathtaking environments
  • Supervising staff to guarantee tasks are completed efficiently
  • Participating in hands-on landscaping and grounds work to maintain our resort's beauty

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Management experience and knowledge of landscaping techniques
  • Certificate III in Horticulture (Required)
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear instructions and feedback
  • Practical experience working in a garden or similar environment
  • A genuine interest and knowledge of plant species and gardening techniques
