The role of Business Assurance Manager is a critical position within our organization, responsible for leading the execution of assurance and advisory services.
This includes risk assessment, controls evaluation, and compliance initiatives. It requires a strong background in project management risks, risks and controls, business process, and IT general controls.
A deep understanding of SOX and other relevant compliance frameworks is essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
The Business Assurance Manager will have team management responsibility, delivering business process/IT assurance/audit engagements, including evaluating and designing controls in support of external and internal audits as well as program assurance engagements.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and engagement skills, including report writing abilities. Strong business acumen and commercially focused attitude are also required.
Inspiring leadership capability with motivation to develop others, build high-performing teams, and effectively delegate with appropriate levels of support is crucial for this role.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, including leading fieldwork.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor or Master's degree qualification in business, finance, accounting, technology, or a related field. Professional accreditations such as CPA, CISA, CA, CIA, CISM, CISSP, CBCP, CIPP will be considered favorably.
