Job Overview

As a senior IT service manager, you will lead the development and implementation of change enablement processes to ensure seamless transitions across the organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of IT service management principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective change enablement strategies to minimize disruptions to business operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Lead initiatives to improve end-user experience within IT services and support
  • Monitor and govern change enablement activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a SIAM end-to-end change enablement or change management environment
  2. 1+ years of experience in developing and implementing change enablement processes
  3. Extensive experience developing and sustaining constructive relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and industry representatives
  4. Led initiatives focused on end-user experience within ITSM services and support
  5. Proven track record of successfully monitoring and governing end-to-end change enablement
