Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced marketing team.

About the Role
  • Lead digital marketing execution across a global retail brand, driving traffic, leads, and conversion through campaign management, website optimisation, and performance analytics.

In this newly defined role, you will work closely with a supportive internal team and agency partners to develop on-brand, high-performing campaigns. Your work will directly influence the growth of an international brand with a passionate customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Own campaign execution across Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, and other digital channels.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop on-brand, high-performing campaigns.
  3. Optimise the website for conversion and user experience, including SEO implementation.
  4. Report on performance across GA4, CRM platforms, and digital dashboards.
  5. Present insights and recommendations to continuously improve ROAS and user engagement.

You will be working with a creative team of five and reporting to a highly experienced Head of Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to drive real impact through campaign ownership and digital excellence.

Requirements
  • 2–4 years in a digital or performance marketing role, ideally with a retail or fashion focus.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Klaviyo, and CRO / UX tools.
  • Ability to manage campaign calendars, budgets, briefs, and agency relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the ecommerce funnel and customer journey.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
