About the Role

Exact Contracting is seeking a skilled Graduate Engineer to contribute to our civil, road construction, and water infrastructure projects in the Northern Territory.

The successful candidate will possess a civil engineering qualification and a strong desire to learn and grow in their career. They will be expected to work in remote locations, often on a fly-in/fly-out or drive-in/drive-out basis, in challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and controlling risks associated with projects
  • Schedule activities and prepare project reports and administration
  • Develop skills in project management, risk assessment, and scheduling
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Current driver's license
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency
  • Meticulous organization and documentation skills
  • Methodical and organized approach
  • Willingness to be hands-on and practical
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude
  • Interest in project-based work
  • Ability to work in remote locations
