Airport Management Role

This role is available for a skilled and experienced professional to manage airport operations, including staff rosters and payroll.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff rosters and administer the payroll/rostering system
  • Provide administrative support to the Airport Manager, including oversight of Lounge operations
  • Respond to queries or requests from stakeholders and customers
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock levels and verifying receipt of supplies
  • Establish and maintain systems and processes for all administrative areas of the office
  • Handle and store sensitive information appropriately

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in rostering/payroll systems with HumanForce an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Task-focused with ability to time manage, prioritise and multi-task
  • Proven ability to work independently and be a team player
  • Well-presented with a professional manner
