As an airport operations coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in staff roster management and administration of payroll systems.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a strong initiative, a desire to add value and is interested in a long-term administrative role.

Duties:
  • Roster management and payroll system administration
  • Provide support to airport managers, including lounge operations
  • Respond to queries or requests, referring stakeholders or customers to relevant sources when necessary
  • Maintain inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies
  • Establish and maintain systems for administrative areas
  • Handle and store sensitive information appropriately
Requirements:
  • Experience in rostering/payroll systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and confidence to handle enquiries
  • Task-focused with ability to time manage, prioritise, and multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Professional presentation and friendly mannerism
