Airport Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and fostering business growth at our Adelaide airport location. This exciting opportunity presents an excellent chance to utilise your leadership skills and operations expertise.

The Role

This role requires managing the team and vehicle fleet requirements of the operations in order to meet operational goals. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can undertake all operational duties involved with the successful running of the location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage the vehicle fleet levels and employee rostering to meet customer demands
  • Monitor reports and financial plans, and contribute to the development of the annual business plan for the location
  • Continually compare location performance against the strategic plan, and implement necessary contingency measures to ensure targets are achieved
  • Monitor customer service delivery and identify strategies to increase customer satisfaction
  • Create and facilitate a team environment
  • Ensure effective performance management practices are applied at the location
  • Identify and monitor employee needs, and implement actions to increase employee satisfaction and manage the performance of employees as needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience leading and inspiring a team in a similar role and/or environment (car rental industry experience being advantageous)
  • Full unrestricted working right in Australia
  • The ability to provide coaching and feedback to employees
  • Excellent computer proficiency, especially with MS Office
  • Knowledge of relevant industrial relations legislation
