About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to collect blood and coordinate specimen samples from patients in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our Collection Lead and collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless patient care and quality results.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Collecting blood and non-blood samples with precision and attention to detail
- Maintaining accurate records for every patient and sample
- Ensuring timely documentation and preparation of specimens for transport and testing
- Liaising with customers, clinic staff, and couriers to facilitate smooth operations
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or a Certificate III in Pathology Collection
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a high level of empathy
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Autonomy to work independently in a solo clinic setting
- A valid Driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics
- A Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid visa with permission to work
