Partner Success Operations Specialist Role Description Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will drive continuous process improvement and maintain operational excellence. They will manage onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new partners, iterate automated workflows for milestones along the customer journey, provision new partner landing pages, and configure options. Additionally, they will leverage workflows to provide data for key business decisions and maintain data integrity.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in SaaS operations with a strong focus on building and maintaining automated workflows in Customer Success tools.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
  • Able to learn new tools quickly and adapt to changing situations.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using Churn Zero, ClickUp, AirOps, Salesforce, or Looker is highly desirable.
  • Managing APIs and data integrations is a valuable skillset for this position.
