Compliance Manager

Job Title: Compliance Manager

About The Role:

The Compliance Manager will support the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) in developing and managing compliance frameworks, policies, and processes. This role involves completing assurance and advisory reviews and providing insightful reporting to executive governance forums.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a Compliance Program: Align the compliance program with business strategic objectives.
  • Lead ISO 37301 Accreditation: Oversee the business in achieving ISO 37301 accreditation.
  • Design Compliance Framework: Create and implement the compliance framework and annual compliance plan of work.
  • Incident Reporting: Deliver a report on the extent to which PHI complies with high-risk legislation for submission to the board.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze trends with respect to incidents and complaints, providing advice to business units to drive process changes.

Profile Requirements:

  • Compliance Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing business compliance obligations, including monitoring and reporting.
  • Process Development: Extensive experience developing and implementing company-wide business processes and procedures.
  • Compliance Systems: Experience in developing and implementing systems and processes around compliance management.
  • ISO 37301: Experience securing ISO 37301 accreditation is desirable.
  • Energy Sector: Management of compliance in the energy sector is desirable.
