Disability Inclusion Reform Facilitator
">About The Role
The role is responsible for overseeing the facilitation team to ensure the Disability Inclusion reform achieves its aims and objectives.
Collaborating with stakeholders, the role proactively identifies emerging opportunities, improvements, and enhancements relevant to the delivery of a high-quality facilitator service.
Leading a positive working relationship with internal and external stakeholders requires a balanced understanding of priorities and pressures on various teams supporting the reform.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, training, and quality assurance of the facilitation team
- Ensure integrity of the profile process through collaboration with stakeholders
- Identify emerging opportunities, improvements, and enhancements for the facilitation service
- Lead a positive, supportive, and collaborative working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Deep understanding of child development, neurodiversity, and disability
- Strengths-based approach to facilitation
- Natural leadership and team building skills
- Strong project management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Initiative and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of Disability Inclusion reform in Victoria
