Job Opportunity

We seek a skilled professional with expertise in construction advisory, claims analysis, and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and at least 3 years' experience in the construction industry.

The Role

This position involves working closely with experienced consultants, delay analysts, and quantity surveyors on claim preparation, contractual correspondence, and commercial advice.

  • Assist in the development of extensions of time, disruption claims, acceleration claims, and related matters
  • Conduct forensic reviews of project records and site inspections
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, construction methods, and procedures to identify claims opportunities
  • Draft contractual documents and provide contract administration
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in engineering and significant construction industry experience
  • Knowledge of contracts and claims processes
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
