We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Practitioner to join our team at the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO). As a Learning Practitioner, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our diverse audience.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of strategic digital learning solutions that embed the qualities and practices required of ASIO's people to support a strong leadership culture.
- Support the design, development, and facilitation of appropriate digital learning content and solutions, including e-learning, which support ASIO's Learning and Development Strategy.
- Assist with project administration tasks.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Assistant Director, Learning Advisor Centre, as required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and liaison skills and a collaborative style of working to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A flexible, creative, and agile approach to learning and development in the digital age, with a passion for creating innovative, intuitive, and visually stunning user experiences.
- A high level of self-motivation, enabling you to work independently, take ownership of your tasks and responsibilities, and maintain a strong work ethic and sense of accountability.
- The capacity to adapt to changing priorities, technologies, and learning preferences, while maintaining a positive and flexible attitude.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of learning and development.
- Demonstrated skills in human-centred design thinking, UX/UI principles, and design systems.
- Demonstrated experience using, or willingness to learn, the suite of Articulate authoring software to design, create, and maintain learning programs is highly desirable but not essential.
- Familiarity with Confluence and Totara Learning Management System (LMS) is highly desirable but not essential.
- A competitive salary, including a 7.5 per cent allowance for maintaining a TOP SECRET-Privileged Access security clearance.
